Gerade in Krisenzeiten wie momentan ist Change Management und Restrukturierung unumgänglich um das Unternehmen wieder fit und wettbewerbsfähig zu machen. Trotz Veränderung muss dieses Umfeld für die Mitarbeiter erhalten bleiben, sonst verliert das Unternehmen einen wichtigen Erfolgsfaktor. Deshalb sind ein detailliert geplanter CM-Prozess und eine gute Mitarbeiterführung wichtig. Wesentlich ist es den richtigen Weg zu finden, dies beginnt bei der Veränderungsorganisation, wie einfach oder wie komplex muss sie sein, um wirklich alle Anforderungen abbilden zu können. Wie viele Themen sollen angegangen werden. Sollen geschlossene Ziele vorgegeben werden, oder so viel Spielraum, dass jeder unterschiedliche Veränderungsziele definieren kann. Soll für das ganze Unternehmen oder nur für einige Bereiche ein gleiches Vorgehen bestimmt werden. Wie schnell soll die Veränderung ablaufen. Ein wichtiger Erfolgsfaktor hierbei ist die Kommunikation. Denn Kommunikation ist nicht nur für die Mitarbeiter interessant, sondern auch für die Banken und die Kunden. Was aus den oberen Ebenen kommuniziert wird, prägt das ganze Unternehmen und sein Bild in der Öffentlichkeit. Deshalb ist eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit eine der Hauptanforderungen an eine gute Führungskraft. Kienbaum Communication hat in einer Studie herausgefunden, dass 75% der Unternehmen Bedenken haben, dass die Motivation der Mitarbeiter geringer wird oder deren Hal-tung zum Unternehmen abnimmt, 84 % wollen aber genau dem mit einer intensiven Kommunikation entgegen wirken.
