About the Book

Die Maßnahmen der Personalpolitik bekommen in Kreditinstituten im Hin- blick auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit der innerbetrieblichen Leistungserstellung immer größere Bedeutung. In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll untersucht werden, ob, inwieweit und gege- benenfalls unter welchen Voraussetzungen die Arbeitsbewertung als Hilfs- mittel für die Personalpolitik in Kreditinstituten dienen kann. Wir wenden uns damit einem Problem zu, das bisher weder theoretisch behandelt noch in Deutschland aus der Praxis bekannt ist. Ziel dieser Arbeit soll sein, aus der Anwendung der Arbeitsbewertung in Kreditinstituten zu erwartende Probleme aufzuzeigen, Hinweise zu deren Lösung zu geben und mögliche Anwendungsgebiete für die Personalpolitik herauszuarbeiten. Sollte diese Untersuchung dazu beitragen, daß der Wert der Arbeitsbewertung auch für Kreditinstitute erkannt wird, so dürfte ihr Zweck erfüllt sein. - Die Arbeit wurde im Frühjahr 1964 abgeschlossen. Für die wertvolle Unterstützung bei ihrer Anfertigung möchte ich vor allem meinem hochverehrten Lehrer, Herrn Professor Dr. Karl Fr. Hagenmüller, danken.
