This book is under major revision. I have uploaded the new title. It already contains the 2009 Geico(R) approved interview with us application with no licensing disclosure for the interviewed for Claims Representative position that initiated the EEOC charge numbered in the title 14 days after I filed the EEOC charge the one that the Intake Officer said I should reapply for because the judge would not like it if I didn't. This is the same 2009 application evidence my EEOC Case Worker gave me and my congressman, Rob Whitman, a deaf ear saying she did not understand the reason for [my call]. I never heard from my EEOC case worker as to Geico(R)'s discrimination in three interviews or the 2009 evidence I was simply sent to federal court to defend evidence that never existed. The revised book will include 2014 Freedom of Information Documents; Rob Whitman's email of my concern of being lost in bureaucracy and Case Worker P.G's response to the congressman; the fabricated documents and partial applications sent to the EEOC by Geico(R); the letter from R.D. saying that I did not check the mediation box . I guess this meant I lost my Constitutional Rights as a protected class minority person. It appears one needs an attorney to make the EEOC enforce Equality Laws in our American Justice System-Legal affordability Justice? the EEOC's Field Office of Investigation, T.S.'s email that said that the EEOC word is final and that there would be no investigation into possible human error. I have been officially deemed without EEOC legal protection by the most essential law enforcement agency for poor minority persons in 21st century America. I am a defenseless made poorer American citizen? I may not be able to add to this revised book further ant-Semitic blatant disregard of my Human Civil Rights in Equal Employment Opportunity by the Richmond Virginia EEOC office; I received a call 02/26/2016 by a different Richmond Virginia EEOC employee, an Intake Officer. The EEOC Intake Officer G.C. required I tell her what kind of Jewish person I am or she would dismiss my charge and end the call. She kept repeating "We can't assume." I told G.C. that I knew that she was not required to ask me the sect of Jewish person I am because Shabbat is still Friday sunset to Saturday sunset for all Jewish persons and that I have a simultaneous charge with the EEOC/DC field office and no one from that office has phoned me to require the sect of Jewish person I am. I simply received a complete package from the EEOC/DC field office to sign and start the formal investigation. I told her that I knew the EEOC word is final since the Field Office Investigative office T.S. said the EEOC word is final without a possibility of human error. I said I could give her the information. She said,"Okay" in a satisfied tone, I perceived. I gave her my synagogue information, the address and telephone number and the name of my Rabbi that the synagogue is Conservative but that I am Conserva-dox in complete fear that the Richmond Virginia EEOC Office would repeat the stripping away of my EEOC Constitutional Human Civil Rights since the EEOC word is final. I really hope our conversation was recorded for quality assurance purposes. I was bullied into proving that I was Jewish like Nazis era Germany did to male children and adults whose dignity fell by their ankles and then they were promptly murdered on the spot completely legally defenseless. When human beings sworn to protect and enforce Dignified Human Civil Rights Equality laws start complying with anti-Semitism we get a society like Nazis' Germany.
