El futuro de la humanidad fue escrito hace más de 2,700 años en la Biblia. Una tarea titánica, sin lugar a dudas, que el doctor en Teología, Lauro Eduardo Ayala Serrano, realizó con la meticulosidad característica de un experto en las Sagradas Escrituras durante los arduos años que tardó en completar el material que presentamos orgullosamente al lector. El libro explica al profeta, bajo los diferentes adjetivos hebreos que se utilizan en el Antiguo Testamento, y el proceso de creación profética, como una inspiración divina que puede entenderse cuando menos en ocho niveles de interpretación exegética. La profecía, que ha atravesado varios tamices, y que el nabi, término hebreo para describir al que trae la revelación celeste, es decir, al profeta, después de recibir la declaración urania, se condujo hacia su cristalización, la impresión escrita de una visión, de una palabra, que en ciertas ocasiones ni siquiera pudo entenderla el mismo autor, sino que la dejó estampada para que alguien más la interpretara. Pero el proceso no fue así de sencillo, sino que esa visión fue retomada, y se le añadieron y suprimieron elementos muchas veces, durante cientos de años, hasta quedar completamente sellada dentro del libro del Apocalipsis. El manuscrito neotestamentario en cuestión se postula como la última revelación, como la declaración final que ha sido terminada para que entendamos el Día del Señor, un momento donde el colapso de la humanidad será precedido por señales que fueron descritas hace miles de años. Entender el tiempo en el que nos encontramos, y los indicios en el siglo XXI, es una tarea que puede realizarse solamente si se sigue el orden en que las visiones se han transformado, porque vincular un acontecimiento moderno con algún versículo bíblico que pareciera describirlo, es un arte relativamente sencillo. Situar ese hito en una cronología, para determinar cuándo comenzaron las primeras manifestaciones del Día de la Ira del Todopoderoso, en qué momento se encuentra la humanidad en el año 2020, y cuándo sucederá la hecatombe planetaria, se puede saber solamente cuando el texto se ha leído de manera correcta. El doctor Ayala incursiona en este tema y se aventura a postular, con base sólida en la correcta apreciación de la narrativa, en el análisis de los acontecimientos más relevantes que ya sucedieron, y de aquellos que están todavía por aparecer, en una lectura sobria, académica, entretenida, dinámica, enfocándose en los indicios que el hebreo y el griego proporcionan para entender con mayor profundidad el libro de las Revelaciones.
