Developing Healthy and Successful Teams: An Experiential Approach to Team Interaction focuses on helping leaders, managers, organizational members and student teams develop better team-awareness by providing a framework, a language, and a measurement and mapping system that focuses on the experience of team interaction.
The authors present an approach to help organizational members understand, measure, and map out team interactions, capturing a team's actual and ideal interactions at any point in time. This statistically valid, robust and reliable framework and method can provide an in-depth knowledge of team interaction and a common language to understand its diverse aspects. Establishing an understanding of the real and ideal interactions of a team can help team members and leaders to assess a team's state and help create the right interaction context for success.
This book is ideal for leaders, managers, team leaders and team members across all levels within and across organizations, as well as faculty teaching team learning and development programs in educational institutions.
