Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Maschinenbau, Note: 1,0, Technische Universität Darmstadt (Institut für Energie- und Kraftwerkstechnik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit wird ein Versuchsreaktor zur Untersuchung von Gas- Feststoffreaktion entwickelt. Hierzu erfolgt zunächst eine Dimensionierung des Reaktors als Hauptkomponente der Versuchsanlage. Ein weiterer Arbeitsschritt besteht darin die nötige Energie für den Prozess bereit zu stellen. Die Bereitstellung der Energie soll auf indirektem Wege beispielsweise durch elektrische Heizschalen oder durch Heatpipes erfolgen. Um die zugeführte Energie wieder abführen zu können muss eine Kühlung dimensioniert werden und eine Abgasreinigung in die Anlage integriert werden. Um die Anlage betreiben zu können müssen weiterhin Dosiereinrichtungen für die Gasvolumenströme, die sowohl manuell als auch automatisch bedient werden, ausgewählt werden. Zur Messung von Betriebsparametern wie Druck und Temperatur und den daraus nötigen Regeleingriffen müssen geeignete Messwertaufnehmer ausgewählt werden und mit einer Leittechnik verbunden werden. Gas- Feststoffreaktionen sind in der Technik an einigen Stellen zu finden. Zu Gas- Feststoffreaktionen kommt es beispielsweise in Wirbelschichten, in denen Braunkohle mit Hilfe von Dampf getrocknet wird, um das Wasser aus der Braunkohle vor der Verbrennung zu entfernen und somit eine höhere Nutzung des Brennstoffs zu gewährleisten, da die Verdampfungsenthalpie nicht während der Verbrennung aufgebracht werden muss. Des Weiteren werden Gas- Feststoffreaktionen zur Reinigung von Rauchgasen in Kraftwerken benutzt. Die Entschwefelung und auch die Abscheidung von CO2 aus Rauchgasen kann mit Hilfe von Gas- Feststoffreaktionen durchgeführt werden. Im Falle der CO2 - Abscheidung wird das CO2 im Karbonator in Kalziumoxid eingebunden um anschließend im Kalzinierer wieder aus dem Kalziumkarbonat abgetrennt zu werden und um nach einer Verd
