Es San José, que tiene su día festejado el 19 de marzo.Con el tiempo, en conmemoración del mes de María durante todo el mes de mayo, con realización de letanías y coronación de Nuestra Señora, se pasó a festejar juntos a san José y a la Virgen, en homenaje a San José y en honor de la Gran y Sagrada Familia - Jesús, María y José.La fiesta política se realiza el primer domingo de junio.Debido a que el sacerdote y el alcalde siempre se llevan bien, realizan fiestas (religiosas y políticas) el mismo día.¡Por lo tanto, el primer domingo de junio es fiesta en Calçado!Hubo un tiempo en que la fiesta era el 31 de mayo y por lo que lleva el nombre de "FIESTA DE MAIO". Tenemos fiesta de mayo en junio.Me recuerda a una novela que ocurrió en una hermosa fiesta de mayo. Todo comienza así La ciudad en ritmo de fiesta. El pelotón que lleva las Banderas de los Estados brasileños hace una fiesta de colores cuando los portadores levantan cada una, embalándolas al viento.Otros pelotones vienen representando hechos históricos de la ciudad, del Estado, del País. exhiben las principales riquezas de la tierra. Muestran características de las estaciones del año. La primavera, el verano, el otoño y el invierno.
