www.deutsche-krimi-autoren.de: Der Autor spielt mit dem Leser um Aufmerksamkeit für seine interessante Story und deren Lachmuskeln. In einigen Szenen kann der Leser gar nicht ernst bleiben, obwohl die gesamte Situation auf der Intensivstation sehr angespannt ist. Mit seinem Hauptprotagonisten (Dr. Felix Hoffmann) zeigt er viele Facetten der menschlichen Seele auf. Angefangen bei Humor, scharfen Nachdenken bis zum geschickten Taktieren gelingt dieser Person fast alles. Allerdings nicht ohne sich dabei ständig am Abgrund zu befinden. Die Story baut sich langsam auf und die Motive für das Täterverhalten werden immer deutlicher. Fazit: Am Ende des Buches kann der Leser sicher sein, ein humorig-sarkastisches Werk in den Händen gehalten zu haben, in dem es auch an Spannung nicht fehlt.
