Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulwesen, Bildungs- u. Schulpolitik, Note: keine, Universität Potsdam, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In den PISA-Studien der OECD schnitten die deutschen Schülerinnen und Schüler im Gegensatz zu ihren skandinavischen Altersgenossen eher durchschnittlich ab. Bei der PIRLS - Untersuchung der IEA, welche die Lesefähigkeit von zehnjährigen Schülerinnen und Schüler prüft, erreichte Schweden außerdem den ersten Platz. Auch bei der Testung von Grundschülern durch die Iglu-Studie belegt Schweden einen der vordersten Plätze. Daher wurden in den letzten Jahren vorwiegend die Schulsysteme der Gewinner der internationalen Vergleichtest betrachtet und idealisiert. Im Unterschied zu Deutschland besitzt die Erziehung und Bildung der Kinder und Jugendlichen in Schweden einen wesentlich höheren Stellenwert. In einem Referat mit dem Thema "Der Umgang mit Heterogenität in Schweden und Finnland" sollten zwei Länder näher betrachtet werden, die zu den Spitzengruppe der internationalen Schulleistungsstudien gehören, Dabei wurden vertiefend das schwedische Schulsystem in Bezug auf die Vorschule, der neunjährigen Pflichtschule und der Gymnasialschule dargestellt. Anliegend erfolgten eine nähere Betrachtung der Arbeitskultur und Organisation im schwedischen Schullalltag sowie die Darstellung der Bewertungspraktiken und der Zusammenarbeit im Lehrerkollegium. Es erfolgte außerdem ein Einblick in den Umgang mit behinderten Kindern und Jugendlichen. Diese Schwerpunkte werden in dieser Verschriftlichung des Seminarbeitrages im Folgenden noch einmal detailliert veranschaulicht. Grundlage des Seminarbeitrages sowie dieser Verschriftlichung war eine Dokumentation von Reinhard Kahl mit dem Titel: "Spitze! Schule am Wendekreis der Pädagogik" aus dem Jahr 2002. Der Videofilm verdeutlicht die schulischen Erfolgskonzepte aus Finnland und Schweden und versucht darzustellen, warum ca. 70% aller Schülerinnen und Schüler eines Abschlussjahrga
