Asea, PhD, is Vice President for Research and Chairman of the Department of Neuroscience Research at the Institute of Research & Consultancies, University of Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is also Professor of Neurology in the Department of Neurology, King Fahd University Hospital. Prior to taking up his present position, he was Professor and Chairman, Department of Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Immunology at Morehouse School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Dr. Asea has extensive experience in conducting clinical trials and collaborates with a wide range of clinical researchers, basic research scientists, epidemiologists, pharmaceutical experts, and bioengineers. He has received numerous honors and awards and is a world-renowned administrative scientist. He is series editor of the successful Springer book series Heat Shock Proteins and is on the editorial boards of 13 scientific journals. Punit Kaur, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology, Biochemistry and Immunology, Atlanta, GA, USA and Visiting Scientist Professor in the Department of Experimental Radiation Oncology, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, USA. Dr. Kaur has been the recipient of a number of awards and honors and is an editorial board member of three major journals.
