Der Schuleintritt rückt immer näher und die letzten Besorgungen nach Rucksack, Mäppchen und Heften werden zusammen mit den Eltern erledigt. Es ist nachvollziehbar, dass solch ein großes Ereignis für das Vorschulkind der Höhepunkt in seinem noch so jungen Leben ist. Genau deshalb hat das derzeitige persönliche Umfeld des Kindes, seine Familie und die vorschulische Einrichtung, eine wichtige Rolle beim Übergang vom Kindergarten in die Grundschule. Die vorliegende Hausarbeit betrachtet den Übergangsprozess vom Kindergarten zur Grundschule etwas näher und legt dabei den Fokus auf die Übergangsgestaltung von Seiten der pädagogischen Fachkräfte. Die Arbeit setzt sich hauptsächlich aus einer Literaturrecherche zusammen und bezieht sich zusätzlich auf drei Interviews, welche mit pädagogischen Fachkräften aus drei verschiedenen Einrichtungen durchgeführt wurden. Das Ziel ist es, die Ideen und Umsetzungen der Übergangsgestaltung kennenzulernen und didiese mit der Literatur zu vergleichen. Die Frage, welche die folgende Hausarbeit beantworten möchte, lautet daher: Wie gestalten pädagogische Fachkräfte den Übergang vom Kindergarten in die Grundschule? Im Folgenden soll zunächst der Begriff "Übergang" näher definiert und ein allgemeiner Einblick in den Übergangsprozess vom Kindergarten zur Grundschule aufgezeigt werden. Im Anschluss folgt ein kurzer Methodenteil, welcher die Vorgehensweise der Interviews beschreibt und die Gesprächspartner vorstellt.
