Andre LeChat and his gypsy wife Magda on the farm. The other inhabitants of the forum live in a communal fashion. The stated purpose of the commune is to raise and sell organic produce. The agent and the deceased had an altercation over a woman. The woman was the local Sheriff's niece. The agent claimed the deceased attacked him with an axe. No axe was found at the crime scene. Rumors circulating in town claimed the inhabitants of the farm consisted of a satanic cult practicing deviant sex. A police want-to-be who furnishes information to any law enforcement officer who will listen to him claims while doing repair work on the farm he witnessed Satan a ravishing a woman on the altar while others, including the sheriff, his niece, and the agent participated in an orgy. LeChat is a con artist running a check to counterfeiting business and producing a major Hydroponic marijuana crop. Magda believes she is the daughter of the Devil and her husband is his earthly manifestation. The commune inhabitants, including her husband fear her because of the unusual occult powers she seems to possess. Fearing the agent will crack under pressure from inspector Douglas the LeChats arrange his death masked as a suicide. The same fate is visited on the Sheriff. The informant is found hanged. Because of the number of murders and the devil worship and sex angles, national media descends on the town. Carmen Alvarado, a cable news Star reporter goes to the farm to interview the LeChats. Magda besides Carmen would've the ultimate sacrifice on the black altar greatly enhancing Satan's power. They invite her back to the farm and sees her. Having gathered the necessary probable cause the FBI obtains wants, raids of the farms arrests the LeChats and others. Douglas finds Carmen naked and strapped to a cot waiting to be sacrificed. In February Douglas returns to Iowa to testify in the trial. Carmen Alvarado is also there to testify. Massive national press coverage has descended on the small town. The worst weather in nearly a century has settled over the area. Blizzard conditions and sub zero temperatures hamper the trial. Magda has decided that Douglas, who she calls the green-eyed-one, has Satan's power. She must sacrifice him, transferring his power to Andre. She orchestrates an escape and she and Andre grab Carmen from her motel room. Blizzard conditions forced them to hole up on a nearby farm after killing the elderly occupant. Discovered there and surrounded by the FBI Magda demands a trade of the Douglas or Alvarado. Over the objections of the commander of the FBI hostage rescue team, Douglas orders a fake exchange. It goes awry and magna holds both him and Carmen. Stripped naked Douglas faces the LeChats in the dramatic conclusion.
