They key being healthy is more eating and burning. The more you eat the more you need to burn fat/exercise. This food and diary is easy yet efficient too to help you deal with your eating goals. Only eating can lead to exhausting. So you need drink liquid as well as any other foods. Part of the routine is that you eat and drink liquid on time. If bad chemicals don't get out from your body by urine. You might end up with various kinds of infection. So being healthy also means drained out the acid and all other unhealthy chemicals from your body. So you need at least 3.7 liters of fluids for men. And it may different amount needed based on work out or medication etc. Don't let your body dehydrated. And try to maintain timing. Exact time on lunch, dinner on time dinner, breakfast on breakfast time.

Also track which times you get craving to eat. And make a chart or list for at least 2 months of activity about your progress.

To motivate yourselves you also can print out quotes or pictures. And stick that somewhere you can be able to see all the time and be motivated. And you can name the progress or transformation process. For an example "Eat Drink Be Healthy"
