About the Book

Crossbow Isle - Ithilhin Moonchild Part 2 As the matters in the north of Crossbow Isle aggravate, rescue missions are planned and executed, which lead to the revelation of another elven race that lives on an island in the south of Crossbow Isle. However, even these elves have been spilled onto the borders of Crossbow Isle by the actions of a being that somehow was involved with a force that had a hand in the destruction of Phaeton. That entity has his own agenda and dreams about to rule not only Crossbow Isle but to control the time of this reality. To realise his dream, it needs a secret that the second elven race and two of the nine immortal monks from the land Zhongguo (China) have successfully protected for hundreds of years. Enyana had turned thirteen years old and during her initiation, she received a pendant with extraordinary powers. To wield those powers, she needs to undergo intensive training, but not yet has the time come that she can focus on that matter since the people in the north of Crossbow Isle are even more in distress, which calls for additional rescue missions.
About the Author: Irefenia Salgonda; Irefenia had very early developed a passion for writing. Her essays and short stories were circulated amongst friends, later she wrote longer stories but never considered publishing any of them. Once she had met Elensaar Gelindor, she accompanied him on journeys around the world, which allowed her to outlive her passion and fascination for ancient cultures, their history, and mythology, on four continents. During that time, she studied the English language and mastered as foreign-language correspondent with distinction. Especially during the time of travelling, she had extensively pursued her writing passion; therefore, it was not much of a surprise as she presented the first draft chapters of "Ithilhin - Moonchild" to her partner. Fascinated by the fantastic option to cast their long hedged notions into a breathtaking tale, they developed the idea to "Crossbow Isle", - but this time with aim of publishing it. Elensaar Gelindor From childhood on, Elensaar had developed a passion for music, art, and technology, a combination that had guided him throughout his life to the most unusual places in our world. However, the restlessness of his ancestors may have lain in his blood, hence he followed the example of one of his grandfather's, - who in the early years of his life had traveled to China, - so eventually, he took up an assignment that led him to West-Africa, where he worked for several years. Once he had met Irefenia, they both traveled for many years around the globe in pursuit of business and lastly, they settled in Malaysia. After a turbulent time that saw the introduction of new and unusual businesses, they moved on to the "Isles below the Wind", where Irefenia developed the first draft chapters of "Ithilhin - Moonchild". From that point onwards, they both were hooked to the story that developed in their minds as if the elves of their tale were telling each word to be written, never to be lost or forgotten.
