- Cross Training's 300 classes prepare us for the trials of daily living, including how Satanic forces influence us.
- Cross Training's 400 classes deepen our maturity through service to God. Man is created for a purpose; we can only truly thrive by serving others.
- Cross Training's 500 classes bring us to the heart of the cross, which is each of us being able to teach others the message of Christ through Cross Training.
Each teacher has a personal relationship with their students, whether they are family, friends, or people within their churches, this makes teaching fun, personal, and deeply caring.
