Se casarán, tendrán una bonita casa, hijos... y ante todo creará una familia muy diferente a la que creó su padre. Sin embargo, un buen día, conoció a Fernando, un muchacho un par de años más joven que él, que lo único que le importa son sus amigos y su madre, sin preocuparse de nada más. Pronto, ambos jóvenes, descubrirán que aquellos sentimientos que juraron no volver a sentir, emergen de nuevo y más fuerte. Ellos no pueden ser homosexuales, pero indudablemente lo son. Se atraen, se aman. Sin embargo, sus propios prejuicios sobre qué es ser homosexual les provocarán cierto rechazo a la hora de admitirlo. Ellos no son así, como todo el mundo dice que son los gays. Ellos, simplemente, aman al otro. Poco a poco se irán preguntando ciertas cuestiones sobre quienes son: sus relaciones familiares, amigos, la naturaleza e inclusive Dios. Paulatinamente irán ordenando sus ideas y las compararán con los conceptos que les dicta la sociedad. Esta novela expone opiniones, preguntas y anhelos de la sociedad actual sobre algo tan cotidiano como es la homosexualidad. Habla de prejuicios, de miedos, de reacciones... ayudándose de la historia de las dos familias de estos jóvenes, quienes deberán aprender a asumir esta nueva condición. Aunque los misterios y secretos de una de ellas harán que todo sea más complicado, hasta alcanzar un inesperado final.
About the Author: Roberto Arévalo Márquez (1983). Empezó a la pronta edad de dieciséis años con un simple bolígrafo y cuaderno de anillas. En sus inicios, sus historias narraban la vida de personajes urbanos enmarcados en familias desestructuras, dónde se exhibía sus miedos y anhelos. No obstante, sus primeras obras jamás fueron expuestas al público. No fue hasta 2005 cuando se pudo leer a través de Internet fragmentos de algunas de sus obras, siendo Crónicas del Amor Oscuro, de temática LGTBi, la primera de ellas. Más tarde, empezaría a darse a conocer a través de Web's como Bubok o Libro Virtual, y por último, en Amazon, dónde publicaría la mayoría de sus obras hasta la fecha. Ha escrito novelas de diferentes géneros: novelas de misterio, como 'El Manuscrito' que conseguiría una nota de un 9 sobre 10 según la Agencia Literaria Mexicana 'Litterae'; la trilogía 'Épsilon' en la que trabajó durante más de tres años; o Los tiempos enfermos, una novela distópica escrita en el 2013. En cuanto al género de fantasía, creó Las fábulas de Novorsa con la intención de enmarcar en esta saga, este tipo de historias. La primera fábula fue La mujer de la piel manchada, escrita en el 2012, saga que continuó con El conflicto de Terrea, novela escrita con su hermana Esther, siendo la primera vez que escribe una novela "a cuatro manos". Su última novela es "El duque de Tres Montañas", su segunda de temática LGTBi
