It's not surprising that a young man named Eddie Ocean would be born with a restless soul. Eddie just isn't content living in a city and working a normal job. So he does what few people have the courage to do: he follows his life long dream of being a sea captain by selling all of his possessions, moving to Miami, and buying an odd little boat from an old Cuban sea captain.
Set in south Florida in the 1970s, Crocodile Island blends the magic of being young and invincible with the reality of life's hard knocks. Join Eddie and his friends as they inspire cultural trends, hobnob with stars, fall in love, fight crocodiles, evade pirates, and weather all manner of life's literal and figurative storms.
In the great tradition of Forrest Gump, Eddie Ocean is an ordinary young man whose extraordinary zest for life makes waves for everyone around him. Packed with action, laden with humor and double meaning, and bursting with one young man's passion for adventure, Crocodile Island is a tale about growing up, following your dreams, and forging lifelong friendships.
