In time, Carol realized nothing was more universal in the lending world than the lack of credit knowledge. Regardless of her customers' socioeconomic backgrounds, the questions and misconceptions were the same. That one aspect of the mortgage process inspired her dedication to educating people from all walks of life regarding credit and how it impacts their lives.
