"What you can do, or dream you can do, begin it; boldness has genius, power and magic in it." - Johann von Goethe "Do what you love, then you'll never have to do a day's work in your life." Happy writing...creatively, of course! Craig Lock (Eagle Productions Books) ''Eagles may fly high, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines." "It took me 15 years to find out that I had no talent for writing, but by then I couldn't give it up, because by then I was too famous to give up." - Robert Benchley "Asking a writer what he thinks about critics is like asking a lamp post how it feels about dogs." - Christopher Hampton, British writer and dramatist
About the Author: Craig is an extensive world traveller (on a "shoestring budget") and failed professional emigrater who has spent most of his lifes savings on airfares. He is still sliding down the razor blade of life on the beautiful undiscovered island that is New Zealand, somewhere near the bottom (rude!) of the world near Antarctica. There he talks to the 60 million sheep! SOME OF CRAIG'S THOUGHTS ON THE WRITING JOURNEY: About twenty-five years ago, through a strange set of circumstances and finding himself in a small town near the bottom of the world ....and with nothing else to do, Craig started writing. About 150 books later, this "techno-dummy/bunny" started learning more about the publishing process from his "technoggeek" friend, Bill. Together with Bill, Craig developed the original and hugely popular" Online Creative Writing Course(s) (in 1997). He loves sharing "info" on the writing and publishing journey (as well as life experiences) with others "out there"....and that is his motivation in publishing this book. "We share what we know, so that we all may grow." . "I really value words and the power of them to communicate effectively; so in my various stories try to illustrate and then let readers draw their own conclusions about a certain scenario, as well as the characters searching for their own values in an increasingly complex social and political landscape. However, I do feel an obligation to give a complete picture of the situation, which is often not a clear-cut 'black or white' issue (as in South Africa). I never want to proscribe how people should think and feel my only duty as a writer is to be totally honest." - craig "Life is about finding, then following the dream and one's dream/vision comes to reality through believing in yourself, making the commitment and then creating it." All our dreams can come true...if we have the desire (burning), courage, passion, persistence and patience* to pursue them...long enough." -c * the "three pees" from www.craigsquotes.wordpress..com PPS "Together, one mind, one life at a time, let's see how many people we can impact, encourage, empower, uplift and perhaps even inspire to reach their fullest potentials."
