Hai mai sentito parlare della cottura 'sous vide'?


Non fare caso a questa domanda era solo provocatoria, so benissimo che la tua risposta s, anche perch altrimenti non staresti cercando dei ricettari ad-hoc per questo incredibile metodo di cottura


Scherzi a parte ovviamente!


Ma veniamo ora alle cose serie, sei veramente sicuro/a di acquistare il solito ricettario con ricette banali e scontate e senza nemmeno delle tabelle di tempistiche e temperature perfette per mantenere un ottimo sapore e un' eccellente effetto visivo ai tuoi piatti?


Ti rispondo io direttamente, la risposta assolutamente NO


E non lo affermo per chiss quali teorie o voci, lo esprimo a fatti, perch questo


Perch ritengo che in giro tra i forum e in rete c' molta disinformazione (purtroppo) su questo argomento, sulle varie ricette e sulle varianti del metodo molte volte ahim non propriamente corrette.


Sono anni ormai che sono completamente immersa e pratico ogni giorno questo fantastico metodo che sicuramente con le giuste informazioni e un pizzico di creativit in cucina da veramente tantissime soddisfazioni, sia personali (quando presenti un piatto, magari anche inventato da te, a livello visivo molto vicino a quello di un ristorante stellato MOOOLTO soddisfacente) e sia a livello oggettivo e culinario (in pratica, i piatti sono realmente buoni e non per finta!)


Ma non lo dico ovviamente io, non so tirarmela cos tanto, ma lo dicono i miei famigliari, i miei amici e i conoscenti che magari invito a cena, a pranzo o semplicemente per stuzzicare qualcosa.


In effetti la 'cottura a bassa temperatura' REALMENTE il miglior metodo per cucinare, anche salutisticamente parlando (mantiene al 90% invariate le propriet nutritive di ogni ingrediente!)


Ma cosa contiene questo ricettario interamente creato da me o per meglio dire dalla mia esperienza maturata in anni di ricette:


Tutti i molteplici vantaggi che la cottura 'sous vide' ha e perch veramente il miglior metodo di cottura dei cibi

Non solo vantaggi ma anche TECNICHE PRATICHE ed efficaci per destreggiarsi al meglio se sei un principiante ( ma anche se non lo sei...)

Ora hai capito tutto o quasi, ma non ''Come sfruttare al meglio la cottura per sfornare direttamente dalla cucina dei meravigliosi piatti da invidia''

BONUS: Maestosa TABELLA con temperatura e tempi di ogni singolo ingrediente all'interno delle ricette (non voglio lasciarmi sfuggire nulla!)

Ora passiamo alle 150+ deliziose RICETTE apprese con enorme esperienza e anche quelle che sono piaciute pi di tutte suddivise in: primi piatti, carne, pesce, contorni e dolci con in allegato ad ognuna di esse la propria tabella per cucinarle in 'sous vide' (che guarda caso proprio argomento del libro!)
