Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2023 im Fachbereich Sport - Theorie und Praxis der Sportarten, Note: 2,3, Hochschule für angewandtes Management (Ismaning), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Fußball ist ein Sport, welcher inzwischen selbst in den unteren Spielklassen immer professioneller wird. Um in diesem schnellen wachsenden Umfeld langfristig zu bestehen, müssen Vereine jeder ihrer Möglichkeiten nutzen, die ihnen zur Verfügung stehen. CSR ist einer dieser Möglichkeiten. Laut Schneeweiß gibt es Zwei Faktoren, die von den Managementinstrumenten des CSR gelöst werden. Der erste Faktor ist dabei das Akquirieren von Finanzmitteln. Der zweite Faktor bezieht sich auf die wachsende gesellschaftliche Verantwortung der Profivereine. Das Instrument von CSR hat sich bereits in Wirtschaftsunternehmen bewährt und wurde nun über mehrere Jahre hinweg sukzessive auf den Sportbereich übertragen. Daher ist auch im Fußball eine Anpassung erforderlich bevor der Spruch: Wer nicht mit der Zeit geht, geht mit der Zeit" Realität wird. In dieser Arbeit wird nun im theoretischen Teil der Begriff CSR und seine Konzepte genauer untersucht und wissenschaftlich erklärt. Danach soll der Begriff auch in Verbindung mit dem Fußball gebracht werden und dem Leser wird Kontext darüber gegeben, was der aktuelle Stand von CSR im Fußball ist. Im dritten Kapitel Teil wird der Verein St. Pauli aus der Einleitung einmal genauer unter die Lupe genommen und dem Leser wird ein Eindruck über die CSR-Aktivitäten dargeboten. Zum Abschluss dieser Arbeit wird der Autor dann ein Konzept entwickeln, welches in der Zukunft als Vision und Anregung für Sportvereine und Verbände dient. All das ist mit dem Ziel versehen dem Leser einen Überblick über die Thematik zu geben und Aufmerksamkeit für die Thematik von CSR zu schaffen.
