La novela histórica narra los hechos históricos en cronología de tiempo espacio (1531 a 1534) de la Conquista del Tahuantinsuyo Inca de los Andes. La conquista de América en los Andes. Los oficiales reales del tesorero real y el veedor de fundiciones con el tesorero real tienen las primeras fricciones con los capitanes hermanos Pizarro. Y éstos con los capitanes Sebastián de Belalcázar y Hernando de Soto. De la ciudad de Tumbes marchan más de 200 soldados de artillería-caballería e infantería al desierto en el Litoral Pacífico y montañas de los Andes. En el Valle fundan la ciudad de San Miguel de Piura. Travesías en el desierto del Litoral Pacífico y primeras exploraciones al piedemonte con travesía de la cordillera de los Andes. El rey inca Huayna Cápac muere y los herederos de Cuzco y Quito se creen reyes absolutos. Los Generales y capitanes de los dos ejércitos se enfrentan en las cercanías del desierto en la vertiente del Pacífico y piedemonte de la cordillera de los Andes. Atahualpa viaja de Quito a Cajamarca en donde se repone de las heridas. En la última batalla sufre una herida en el hombro. Los Generales y capitanes de Atahualpa logran capturar al rey Huáscar de Cuzco y toman la ciudad. El rey Atahualpa es el rey absoluto del reino del Tahuantinsuyo Inca de los Andes. Huáscar está preso. El capitán Hernando de Soto se halla en exploración y reconocimiento de las montañas de los Andes. En Cajamarca el rey Atahualpa envía al príncipe Huayna Palcon a invitarlos a conocerlos en Pultamarca. Francisco Pizarro envía a los baños del inca en Pultamarca a los capitanes Pedro del Barco y al General de Armas Hernando Pizarro. Se acuerda un almuerzo en Cajamarca y los capitanes españoles regresan. Atahualpa sale en el solio de oro en carroza y caravana. Los españoles arman una emboscada y dan captura al rey Atahualpa. La captura es un etnocidio de siete mil incas masacrados en la plaza de Cajamarca. Los españoles exigen un rescate en oro a la liberación del rey Atahualpa. Éste está preso en la ciudad de Cajamarca. Los príncipes y reyes de Cuzco y Quito empiezan a recoger el oro. Los españoles reciben el oro y no liberan al rey Atahualpa y le quitan la vida en Cajamarca. Dos mil incas marchan de Cajamarca a Quito con el cadáver embalsamado del rey Atahualpa. Los capitanes concentran sus acciones de inteligencia en la Ciudad capital del imperio del Tahuantinsuyo inca de los Andes. Cuzco. Francisco Pizarro le ofrece ayuda militar a los nobles y militares de Cuzco en contra del rey Atahualpa y General Quisquis. El rey Manco Inca Yupanqui lidera la persecución a los hombres del rey Paullú-General Quisquis y príncipe Huayna Palcon. Los capitanes Diego de Almagro y Hernando de Soto lideran las batallas con tropa mixta de los incas aliados de los españoles. Y soldados incas de Cuzco con sus Generales y capitanes incas. En Jauja y Vilcabamba se dan los enfrentamientos. Las batallas dejan muertos y heridos en los ejércitos. Los soldados de Manco Inca Yupanqui dan de baja al rey Paullú y el príncipe Huayna Palcon le clava su lanza al General Quisquis. El capitán Sebastián de Belalcázar se va a explorar y conquistar la ciudad y reino de Quito. El gobernador de Guatemala Pedro de Alvarado llega a explorar y conquistar estas mismas tierras de Quito con orden del rey Carlos V de España. El capitán Francisco Pizarro envía a los capitanes Diego de Almagro y Hernando de Soto a impedirle al gobernador de Guatemala su intento conquistador. El General del reino de Quito Rumiñahui se enfrenta al ejército del capitán Sebastián de Belalcázar y sus tenientes Juan de Ampudia y Pedro de Añasco. Las batallas son sangrientas y dejan miles de muertos en las filas del ejército del capitán Sebastián de Belalcázar y General Rumiñahui del reino de Quito. El capitán Pedro de Heredia llega a Cartagena de Indias y estable
