About the Author: A Florida native with one wife four grown children and three dogs, I am a semi-willing victim of a classical education. I suppose the theory on that would be that if you throw enough things against the wall, some of it will stick. A lifelong writer most of my output has been dedicated to production of construction contracts and various marketing materials, all of which I am sure have been recycled near the bottom of miscellaneous landfills. In my career to date, I have worked as a Timber Framer, a Coffin Builder, a Boat builder, a Carpenter and OTR Driver. You want to talk about elephants? I think I've seen most of them. Free time? Well I used to go sailing but that disappeared along with the boat in one of the last recessions. I can't bowl worth a damn and contact sports are something only in memory since my orthopaedic surgeon threatened to kill me on the table if I tore out my shoulder one more time. Nowadays it's gardening and trying to figure out which raping insect or noxious fungus will attack next.
