Dans ce travail, un filtre LC passe bande de second ordre et à facteur de qualité amélioré pour le domaine RF est présenté. Ce circuit utilise la technique de compensation des pertes dans le résonateur LC qui est composé par des inductances passives, un groupement des varactors de type PMOS (en mode accumulation) en parallèle afin d'accorder la fréquence centrale et une résistance négative différentielle à base de transistors NMOS à couplages croisé pour compenser les pertes. Le filtre dispose d'une tension d'alimentation de 1.5 V consommant un courant total de 4 mA en technologie CMOS 0.35 µm de AMS. La plage de fréquence obtenue est importante (de 1.69 GHz à 2.33 GHz) et elle nous permet d'obtenir un chiffre élevé en comparaison du mérite par rapport aux autres travaux effectués. Les résultats de simulation ont montré la faible densité spectrale à l'entrée du bruit pour ce circuit qui est de l'ordre de 0,11 nV/√Hz, pour la sortie elle est de 2,9 nV/√Hz, ce qui correspond à un facteur de qualité de 16.65 dB le point de compression à 1 dB est de -33 dBm. Ce circuit se caractérise par sa stabilité (après 35 ns) et son fort facteur de qualité Q élevé de l'ordre de 175 à 2.1 GHz.
