About the Book

The intention for this series of novels is to inspire women who experience stress and painful emotions, to know there is help, and say yes to their own healing journey. Being alone in your mind, makes it even worse. So by reading another woman's situation and successes may motivate you to step up for yourself and take charge of your life in a new happier way. By dreaming about an aspect of a trauma, our mind can gradually learn to remove the fears behind it. The dreams of Ida, a seventeen-year old girl, guide you to find yourself and the events that shaped your life and show you how to heal inner wounds and traumas. In the hospital after having an accident resulting in a coma, Ida's dreams brings back past events in her life. She forgot what happened, and put the experiences away in hidden places. You can find yourself and the events that shaped your life, and you can learn how to heal inner wounds and traumas.
The many levels of energy are coordinated by powerful energy organs, called chakras. Imagine that you can travel between them as planets, that have different colors. Seen altogether they appear like a rainbow through your body. Ida also explore her inner world of energies, like thoughts, feelings and pain. Thoughts can distract you, or make you crazy, and a good thought makes you smile. Feelings are reactions your body is programmed to create. For example: Smelling the pink rose your first boyfriend gave you as you were in love at that time. And next time you receive a pink rose you feel love. And the negative side of this is, hearing heavy steps outside your door at night, you might react with fear and anxiety. In your past it might been a threat, but you pushed it away and forgot it. But, you body reacts when you hear sounds like this. These energy forms circulating in our bodies, or are stuck somewhere.
In Ida's fantasy world of imagination she sees her first planet in space. It is green. She experience a touch of love, she want to go back. But, then she sense the evil energies of the Shadow that frightens her into panic and try to run away and avoid him. It could be an abuser in a real situation, or an event someone else had that she took on. In this story you are also supported with help from the beings on each planet. In Ida's journey she make friends with the beings of each planet, which is a big step for her. Because, in her outer life she had only one friend, Alita. Her quest also includes searching for her mother that disappeared when she was a small girl.
The Color Game series originated as an idea to blend healing with a fantasy sci-fi story, like Alice in Wonderland mixed with Star Trek. Alice goes on a journey through the rabbit hole, and Ida dreams of inner realities on her journey of challenges. The sci-fi part is when she travels on star ships between the planets and encounter opposition.
Exploring your inner energy system will help you to clear out the reactions of negativity and harmful beliefs. Sometimes we do not know why we feel bad, unhappy and terrified by the outside world. Ida is your hero here, so that you can deal with what had harmed you in the past and also to discover your inner joy and happiness. Numerous women are hurt and treated badly in our society today, especially in the areas of work, and business by being paid less than men. And some women who have success most often have to deal with inner stress. Worthiness and self confidence also blocks women to not do what they are meant to do. On Ida's journey she face her fear and become confident, and feeling worthy to assist and help others including herself.
Having more conscious awareness and understanding what is going on in our life helps you to move forward and enjoy your life more. Healing traumas, unexpected grief or, difficult relationships are in a way a challenge that make us evolve. Each event might be pushed away to hide in our subconscious mind. These event-fragments Ida have in her subconscious are picked out one by one, and each time she glows and feels good. On the spiritual level, Ida also evolves. She increases her awareness by watching other beings who are wise on each level. She is so motivated and inspired that she could face her most dreaded fear and then experience bliss. And, you have the possibility to do that in your life too. The steps are to become Aware, then take correct Action, and finally reach your Goal. Ida shows you how!
Good Luck on your Journey!
