Chelsea was a high school valedictorian at La Canada High School and she attended USC on a merit scholarship. She spent her Junior year in Paris, France, at the prestigious Institute of Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a dual degree in International Relations and French.
