Turns out the boy who was drop dead gorgeous when she knew him as a young girl, has grown into a man she will have trouble ignoring. She will need his help though because there are forces at work that could prove dangerous for even this feisty young woman.
About the Author: Sheila Dryden lives in Sidney, British Columbia, Canada with her husband of more than forty years and their two Labrador Retrievers. She is mother to a son and a daughter and Nana to three grandsons. She attended the University of Victoria training to be a teacher but worked in retail after finishing school and loved it. After being out of the workforce when her children were small, she went to work in a medical office where she spent the bulk of her working career. It was there that she met people, in every sort of circumstance that would become the inspiration for her characters. Sheila and her husband have travelled the west coast of the United States and Mexico and she used some of these locations in her novels. Sheila loves all things domestic including cooking, crafting and decorating and enjoys writing about the creative endeavours of her characters, in her stories. She began her writing career by creating a blog for friends and family as a way to keep in touch while she and her husband were away on trips. Sheila found she enjoyed this so much that she wanted to try her hand at a novel. The result was her debut novel "Accidental Inheritance" a romantic mystery, set on the Oregon Coast as well as one of her favorite spots, Palm Springs. Writing the book was such a rewarding experience it has led to two more.
