Mitarbeiterförderung ist in unseren modernen Gesellschaft zu einer unumgänglichen Investition in die Zukunft herangewachsen, was leider immer noch von einer Vielzahl von Unternehmen unterschätzt wird. Mitarbeiter formen die Unternehmenswerte und Normen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen prozessualen Ablauf. Sie machen Unternehmen erst zu dem was sie sind. Dementsprechend muss der Fokus eines Unternehmens auf die Mitarbeiter gerichtet sein. Mitarbeiterförderung ist somit, wie eingangs bereits erwähnt, der Weg für ein erfolgreiches Bestehen eines Unternehmens, vor Allem in Hinblick auf Markt- und Konkurrenzfähigkeit. Aus den Angestellten muss das Beste herausgeholt werden, hierfür bildet Coaching ein geeignetes Instrument. War es noch vor einiger Zeit üblich externe Coaches für solche Belange zu engagieren, nehmen sich mittlerweile immer mehr Führungskräfte diesem Thema an und beziehen Coaching in ihre Führungsverantwortung mit ein. Jedoch werden Coachingprozesse häufig nur dürftig und unvollständig durchgeführt, was oft auch an der fehlenden Kenntnis der Führungskräfte zur Durchführung eines erfolgreichen Coachings liegt.
