About the Author: Jack Adam Weber, L.Ac., is a Chinese medicine clinician, having graduated valedictorian of his class in 2000, as well as an organic farmer and celebrated poet. Jack has authored hundreds of articles, thousands of poems, and several books. He is an activist for embodied spirituality and writes extensively on the subjects of holistic medicine, emotional depth work, mind-body integration, and climate crisis, challenging his readers to think and act outside the box. Jack also developed the Nourish Practice, a deeply restorative, embodied meditation practice that doubles as an educational guide for healing the wounds of childhood.
Carolyn Baker, PhD, is a student of ritual and mythology and has continued her personal mediation practice for more than thirty years. She was an adjunct professor of history and psychology for more than ten years and a psychotherapist in private practice for seventeen years. Carolyn offers life coaching both locally and internationally. She is the coauthor of Return To Joy (2017) and author of Dark Gold: The Human Shadow and The Global Crisis (2016) as well as Love In The Age Of Ecological Apocalypse: Cultivating The Relationships We Need To Thrive (2015).
