About the Book
What would you do if you discovered that your memories had been stolen, deleted entirely from your soul by a diabolical power, and with them all your personal history was gone? After the great battle known as War of the Worlds, a group of noble warriors took on the task of rescue and revive the virtuous spirits, which had been captured and banished by Pismo, the god of science, and Lord of the dark underworld of Antaura. Pismo had achieved control of the Immediate Universe after he defeated his brothers Urukama and Clastos, the gods of the religion and war, respectively. The implacable God of science and his evil ally, a mysterious creature named Ikivel, govern the cosmos with iron hand. After many efforts, the members of The Union Council managed to rescue Indigo, the little one who incarnates the Holy Spirit of freedom. Indigo represents for the rebels the only possibility of reactivating the flame of the fight in the heart of luminous beings who inhabit the middle and lower worlds. But the noble Lords of The Union Council, faced their biggest obstacle when they confirmed that the Prince of freedom had been bewitched in a prison of time, which prevented him to grow up. In addition to the spell, the Holy kid was plunged into a eternal dream, that kept him isolated in the world of darkness. Seeing that the only possibility of eradicating the spell lay in the hands of Ikani, a healer that lives in the third world, known as the Magical Realm of Men, the resistance leaders decide to send Indigo to that kingdom in search of a definitive solution to the problem. To carry out the task, the leaders of The Union Council call the two latest magical warriors who still inhabit the higher worlds: Orcemalín of Alure and Iris of Arcadia, a couple of young warriors who fight for Justice and freedom. The two magical warriors agree to carry out the noble task and swear to protect the spirit of freedom with their lives if necessary. This is how the two Maya Yoduli undertake the voyage from the higher worlds, with courage and humility, assuming the risk it could mean for them. But both, Orcemalín and Iris were unaware that they had snippets of history, stranded in the tangle of wires that formed the lower worlds. The discovery of this factor would initiate a very dangerous game against the two warriors, and would put them repeatedly on the brink. The travelers make their first stop in the Mystic Realm, an intermediate world led by the Lord Alkoir, King of Centaurs, who does not hesitate to put at risk his world and his own life in exchange for contributing to the universal good. In the Mystic realm the warriors and their allies face the fury of Madras, a hunter sent by the dark side to divert the steps of the young nobles. They also have an encounter, and help to release, a group of alien energies trapped within a multidimensional whirlwind. Also in the Mystic realm, Orcemalín meets Isperia and Camile, two women deeply related to his past, that the Warrior does not remember at all. The encounter with the ladies wake up inside the Maya Yoduli a spate of unexplained sensations and a myriad of questions that push him on the search for answers, that brings the noble lord closer to a terrible past.
About the Author: About me I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, some years ago..., yes, a little more years than those I would like to confess, but not so many as to feel tired of enjoying life. There is still plenty of life in my body, many stories to tell and books to read. I did my primary and secondary studies in my hometown. After I finished high school I went to music school where I learned the wonderful language of musical notes. I lightly stroked the piano keys and immersed myself in learning how to play flute; as musicians say, that's my instrument... and I love it. But life wanted to take me along other paths, and I accepted the challenge. My interest in writing began when I learned to read. I think that reading and writing are the front and back of the same hand, they cannot be separated from each other. I learned to read before starting school and since I was able to outline my first letters on paper, no one can separate me from that. That is how this adventure of words started for me. I wrote my first full story at the age of nine, it was a short fiction story entitled "The talkative Guitar and the Little Carpenter". It was written in a school notebook, with graphite pencil. That took me three weeks, twenty-one days to write ten pages of that story, can you imagine that? It was a story for children, created to participate in a school contest. The effort had its fruits since I got the first place at that contest. During my teens I fell in love with the romantic literature and under this influence I wrote my first novel entitled "A Cry in the Dark, the life of Eva Corsica". It was a story of one hundred and fifty pages, and later it was adapted as a soap in a local television channel. That was great, even though my name did not appear in the credits. In the early 80s I wrote some scripts for theater, a journal of poetry and my first adventure book entitled: "Gormat the Pauper" At the end of the 90s, I moved to Los Angeles, CA.; where I began studies in the area of computer science. In 2004 I was certified as a developer and database administrator. But my artist spirit was stronger than my technological ambitions, so I ended up working in graphic design. No one can tell me that it wasn't a smart way to combine art and technology, my two passions! Isn't it? I am currently fully dedicated to write "Chronicles of Forgotten Worlds"
