You will find that you and your birthing partner are being trained for birth properly.
When done properly, Hypnobirthing removes the well-documented "Fear-Tension-Pain Syndrome" before, during and after birth; lowers and often eliminates the need for epidurals, other pharmaceutical pain relief, episiotomy and other interventions; shortens the first stage of delivery by several hours; decreases tiredness during pregnancy, providing you with birth-energy.
However, be mindful that Hypnobirthing Professionals will retain their credential status, so if you encounter a Practitioner whose name is not on the webpage of the initial Hypnobirthing Center, their qualification may have been revoked.
