Des Weiteren werden Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt, wie Führungskräfte die intrinsische Motivation fördern können und welche Auswirkung die intrinsische Motivation auf die Leistungsfähigkeit der Mitarbeitenden hat. Abschließend werden die erzielten Ergebnisse kritisch gewürdigt und darauf basierend Handlungsempfehlungen abgegeben. Anhand der Evaluierung der bestehenden Kommunikation im Unternehmen "DOPAG Schweiz" sowie den möglichen anzuwendenden Motivationsinstrumenten soll ein größtmöglicher Nutzen für das Unternehmen im Change-Prozess aufgezeigt werden. Hier wird die Wichtigkeit des Einbindens von betroffenen Mitarbeitenden innerhalb des Change-Prozesses ebenso deutlich wie die hohe Verantwortung der Führungskräfte, welche ein "empathisches Gespür" an den Tag legten sollte. Damit die Mitarbeitenden auch während des Change Managements effizient weiterarbeiten können und an den kommenden, neuen Herausforderungen nicht zerbrechen, bedarf es einer motivationalen Führung. Im heutigen dynamischen Umfeld stehen Unternehmen unter erhöhtem Wettbewerbsdruck. Gerade in Zeiten des Change Management werden Mitarbeitende mit verschiedenen neuen Situationen konfrontiert, welche für die Mitarbeitenden wie auch für das Unternehmen selbst große Herausforderungen mit sich bringen. In diesen Momenten kommt es in besonderem Maße auf die Führungskräfte an, damit diese die Mitarbeitenden erfolgreich motivieren können.
