Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2005 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1,3, Universität Witten/Herdecke (Institut für kulturvergleichende Wirtschaftsforschung (ICCE)), Veranstaltung: Interkulturelles Produktmanagement, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Hausarbeit wurde im Rahmen des Seminars "Interkulturelles Produktmanagement" an der Universität Witten/Herdecke im Sommersemester 2005 angefertigt. Teil des Seminars war die Bearbeitung einiger realer Problemstellungen, die die WELEDA AG an die Teilnehmer gerichtet hatte. Die Fragen bezogen sich auf Schwierigkeiten, die während der Einführung einiger Produkte von WELEDA auf dem japanischen Markt aufgetreten waren. Während des Seminars wurden Lösungsmöglichkeiten durch die Studierenden aufgezeigt. Die Hausarbeit bearbeitet einen rein fiktiven Fall. Es liegen keine Informationen vor, dass WELEDA die "Aloe Vera-Pflegemilch" in Japan einführen will. Dem ungeachtet wird diese Arbeit WELEDA zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Relevanz sollte intern bestimmt werden. Vielleicht ergeben sich aus den Ausführungen interessante Aspekte, die intern wertvoll verwertet werden können. Zu beachten ist dabei, dass es sich hier um eine wissenschaftliche Arbeit handelt und kein Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit besteht. Für ein konkretes Vorhaben sollten weitere Arbeiten erfolgen. Schwerpunkt der Hausarbeit ist das interkulturelle Produktmanagement.
