Las neurociencias ocupan un lugar privilegiado que la autora sabe comprender perfectamente. La realidad cultural ha hecho que "descubramos" exigencias que en otros tiempos nos pasaban por alto, en razón de determinados condicionantes de cada momento cultural. La neuropedagoga Prof. Rosana Fernández Coto ha dirigido diversas instituciones en todos sus niveles y ha sido examinadora internacional de la Universidad de Cambridge por quince años. En la actualidad, es directora de la Asociación de Neuroaprendizaje Cognitivo y directora académica de la Diplomatura en Neuroaprendizaje en la Universidad de Belgrano en Buenos Aires y Córdoba. Ha escrito numerosas publicaciones y artículos sobre la temática de la Neuropedagogía y es autora de los libros CeRebrando el Aprendizaje (2012), CeRebrando las Emociones (2013), Neuropedagogía (2015) y Pedagogía Positiva (2016). Es Máster en Programación Neurolingüística (Escuela Argentina de PNL, avalada por The Society of NLP, International NLPy Southern Institute of NLP) y está diplomada en Neuropsicoeducación (AE), en Trastornos del Aprendizaje (Fundación Latinoamericana), en Psicología Positiva (Centro CPPA y Asociación Chilena de Psicología Positiva).
