"Retirement" doesn't have to be a bad word.
Instead of viewing it as an implication that you've withdrawn from a productive role in society, take this chance to see it as a revitalization upon entering a new chapter in your life. Like a computer's reboot, retiring from a career can be a time of empowerment as you shut down and restart some selected life activities-and engage them with greater output and efficiency.
In The Capstone Culture, author Lowery Dayle Yeager offers wisdom gleaned from his own experiences to help new retirees prepare for this exciting period in their lives. With chapters dedicated to leaving a career, preparing for this different phase of life, and joining the ranks of the retired, Yeager offers profound insight into allowing this thrilling time to become your crowning achievement in life...much like a capstone crowns a masonry structure to declare that it is equipped for occupancy, purpose, and reward.
Life is a concert of experiences, and this remarkable resource can help you achieve an extraordinary encore.
