Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Arbeit, Betrieb, Organisation und Wirtschaft, Note: 1,3, SRH Hochschule Riedlingen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, mit Hilfe des Candidate Experience Managements eine Möglichkeit für Unternehmen zu beschreiben, um im Recruiting auf dem Bewerbermarkt erfolgreich zu sein. Dazu gilt es unter anderem die Fragestellung zu beantworten, welche Bedürfnisse sowohl Bewerber als auch Unternehmen im Bewerbungsprozess vorweisen und in welchen Punkten sich diese gleichen oder auch Diskrepanzen auftreten. Zudem wird der Wandel im Personalmarketing erläutert und somit ein guter Rahmen für das Fokusthema dieser Arbeit das Candidate Experience Management gelegt. Darauffolgend wird dieses theoretisch betrachtet und mit aktuellen Studienergebnissen untermauert. Anschließend wird der praktische Bezug hergeleitet und anhand der Methode der Candidate Journey der Weg des Bewerbers sowohl theoretisch, mit Hilfe des 6-Phasen-Modells, als auch praktisch anhand eines Beispiels veranschaulicht werden. Die Arbeit schließt mit einer kritischen Diskussion zum Beitrag, den Candidate Experience Management für einen erfolgreichen Rekrutierungsprozess leisten kann, ab. Besonders in Zeiten des "War for Talents" hat sich der Arbeitsmarkt zu einem Bewerbermarkt verändert, in dem die Bedürfnisse des Bewerbers in den Vordergrund rücken. Damit einhergehend sehen sich Unternehmen den Herausforderungen aus dem demografischen Wandel, der Globalisierung und der Digitalisierung gegenüber, welche als Konsequenz in Form eines Fach- und Führungskräftemangels in Erscheinung treten. Somit ist es für Unternehmen von hoher Bedeutung bei potentiellen Kandidaten/innen einen ganzheitlich positiven Eindruck zu hinterlassen und sich über Differenzierungsmöglichkeiten erfolgreich auf dem Bewerbermarkt zu positionieren.
