Richard A. Muller, es un teólogo histórico estadounidense. Estudió en Queens College, Union Theological Seminary y la Universidad de Duke. Ha enseñado en Fuller Theological Seminary y ha sido profesor en la Universidad de Utrecht. Actualmente es Profesor Emérito en Calvin Theological Seminary. Muller se especializa en la ortodoxia protestante post-Reforma y ha desafiado la teoría de "Calvino contra los calvinistas."
