Inhaltsangabe: Gang der Untersuchung: Die Diplomarbeit erklärt, was ein Call Center ist und welche Aspekte bei der Implementierung zu beachten sind. Hierfür ist die Arbeit in fünf Kapitel untergliedert. Das erste Kapitel dient als Einleitung in das Thema und bietet eine Definition des Begriffs "Call Center". Das zweite Kapitel geht auf die Organisation eines Call Centers ein und erörtert hierfür die verschiedenen Arten, die technischen Einrichtungen und den Aufbau eines Call Centers. Hierbei werden die Vor- und Nachteile des Outsourcings herausgestellt und beschrieben, worauf bei der Wahl eines geeigneten Dienstleisters zu achten ist. Ebenfalls beschrieben werden die Vorgehensweise bei der Personalauswahl und die rechtlichen Aspekte, die in einem Call Center beachtet werden müssen. In Kapitel drei erfolgt eine Gegenüberstellung der Kosten die ein Call Center verursacht und dem Nutzen den es dem Unternehmen bringt. Das vierte Kapitel beleuchtet den Call Center-Markt in Deutschland und zeigt die Entwicklung in den nächsten Jahren auf Im fünften und letzten Kapitel werden die Ergebnisse zusammengefaßt. Außerdem werden Anknüpfungspunkte bei dm-drogerie markt herausgestellt und Handlungsempfehlungen ausgesprochen. Die Diplomarbeit ist sehr allgemein gehalten und bietet somit einen sehr guten Einstieg, auch für Unternehmen, die sich das erste Mal mit dem Thema beschäftigen.
