About the Author: Jennifer L. Beverage is "the busy mom's health coach," helping moms lose weight, increase energy, and feed their families health food in a hurry. She received her health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and also holds a BA in psychology. In addition to her work in nutrition, she is also an independent Team Beachbody coach.
