US Air Force Captain Jamie Cole pilots an F-117A stealth fighter. The first woman to sit behind the F-117A's cockpit, she's in Egypt for a demonstration of the plane's capabilities. She doesn't know it, but she's going to be in Egypt for a very long time.
During the demonstration, Jamie encounters a strange, multicolored cloud she feels compelled to investigate. Flying through the cloud, her engines die. Quick thinking and skill allow her to land safely, but Jamie's troubles are just beginning.
An encounter with chariot-driving warriors speaking a language she cannot comprehend forces Jamie to accept the impossible. Somehow she and the F-117A have flown back in time. She's in ancient Egypt, in the presence of the Pharaoh Akhenaton. As luck would have it, Jamie arrives in time to save Akhenaton's life and fall deeply in love with him-a love Akhenaton willingly returns.
When the Hittites threaten her beloved pharaoh's life, Jamie finds herself forced to make a decision that could reshape time. With a fully armed stealth fighter at her disposal, she can save Akhenaton and decimate the invaders. If she does so, the consequences could change the past-and the future.
