"I believe that inspiring and motivating others pleases God and it allows Him to move me closer to my destiny, my moment of excellence. Living life to my fullest potential honors God and that is my goal, says Lewis in regard of being known as a "dream chaser." Lewis is a South Georgia native, from which he travels motivating and ministering the word of God. Eric L Thornes An Anointed psalmist, book author, singer, lyrist, poet, actor, musician and vocal arranger are a few of the creative hats arrayed by Eric L Thornes. Best known for his ability to lead the people into the presence of God Eric L. Thornes has been considered one of the area's most anointed and talented artists. As a teen, Eric was classically trained in vocal music performance, and minored in musical theater at the Duke Ellington School of performing Arts in NW DC. Afterwards, he continued his musical training with vocal music clinician David Griffith while simultaneously pursued a career in musical theater with theater companies like The Friends of Carter Barron, and the Howard University School of Fine Arts, under the Direction of the late Mike Malone. Eric was also involved in several professional music groups, mainly one of Washington, DC's premier accapella groups of the mid to late 90's called Positive Y.M.O.G, (Young Men of God). As a young adult, Eric has sung for many political functions, and has performed as a background vocalist for Stephanie Mills, James Ingram, Denise Williams, Ray Charles, Pastor Shirley Caesar, and Jennifer Holiday just to name a few. Currently He is half of up and coming brother and sister gospel duo "Kingdom Expressionz". Thornes is a Washington, DC native, from which he travels ministering the word of God through song.
