In the process of pursuing higher education, we were fed a lot of information. We endured teachers, parents, our peers, and even the internet trying to impose their ideologies of achieving academic success, however, most of the information which we encountered turned out to be overly generalized or blatantly false. We want you to understand what guidance to follow and what to forget. We want to teach you a complete sense of school as both a lifestyle and a systematic process. At times we will be very blunt in how we lay everything out, but we ensure that you will be better for it. Getting into college is one of the most stressful experiences you will ever go through in your entire life. We want you to understand what not to do without having to put in hundreds of hours of research and talking to thousands of students, teachers, and admissions officers like we have. Seriously, take our word for it, we wish we had this guide to motivate and set us on the correct path without having to carve it out for ourselves. Sadly, a lot of the information teachers, parents and worst of all guidance counselors is outdated or flat out wrong, which can in effect destroy your chances of attending your dream school.
