Viele Dinge in der alltäglichen Welt sind so geschmückt von institutionalisiertem Verhalten, als auch mit Prozessen, die man tut, weil sie als normal und vernünftig gelten. So wird nach und nach unsere direkte Umwelt zu einem System von sozial Konstruierter Wirklichkeit die uns als ein bestehendes Netz von Objektivität erscheint. Die Frage und Analyse dieses Prozesses soll in Form eines Vergleiches das Thema dieser Arbeit bilden. Peter L. Berger und Thomas Luckmann analysieren in ihrem 1969 erschienen Werk "Die gesellschaftliche Konstruktion der Wirklichkeit" das die Grundprozesse einer sozialen Wirklichkeit beleuchtet soll. Der Prozess der Institutionalisierung bildet einen Teil ihres Werkes, welcher Gesellschaft als eine objektive Wirklichkeit beschreibt. Auch Pierre Bourdieu der als einer der renommiertesten Soziologen des 20. Jahrhunderts gilt beschäftigte sich mit der Frage nach dem Einfluss von sozialen Faktoren für eine gesellschaftliche Ordnung. Aus diesem Grunde entwickelte er anhand des sozialen Feldes und der Dimension des Habitus, ein Konzept, welches die unsichtbaren Beziehungen der einzelnen Akteure in einem dialektischen Prozess aufzeigen sollte. Es geht Bourdieu unteranderem darum Praktiken zu Analysieren welche als vernünftig gelten ohne durch eine bestimmte von von vernünftigen Kalkül geleitet zu sein. In der folgenden Arbeit soll nun untersucht werden, inwiefern man das Habituskonzept nach Bourdieu mit dem Institutionalisierungsprozess von Berger und Luckmann vergleichen kann.
