Author and yoga teacher Regina Ward realized she had spent too much of her life trying to meet others' expectations and conform to others' standards. She has broken free of that prison and now follows her dreams.
She wants to encourage and inspire readers to stop listening to the negative voices of others and to focus instead on what they want themselves. She encourages readers to be comfortable with voicing those wants, dreams, and fears. Through vulnerability, we can become stronger.
Ward relates a traumatizing experience in her past. Her partner took his own life and left her devastated, causing her to question many of her life's decisions. Ward had already been opening up about her life on her blog and social media, but after her partner's death, she recommitted to being honest about the struggles and challenges she faced. As she moved through the grieving process, her writing introduced her to the person she wanted to be.
She has now compiled her most insightful Facebook and blog posts for readers' enjoyment and education. Ward covers a wide range of topics and will inspire readers with her positivity and boldness.
