Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1,3, Evangelische Hochschule Rheinland-Westfalen-Lippe, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: "Wenn es im Staate besser funktionieren soll, muss bei den Kindern angefangen werden". Martin Luther Der Vorschulbereich und die Schule sind seit der PISA-Studie in den Blickpunkt der bildungspolitischen Diskussionen gerückt. Die beiden Länder Deutschland und Türkei blieben von solchen bildungspolitischen Diskussionen nicht befreit. In Deutschland wurde darüber diskutiert, dass die frühkindliche Bildung erst spät einsetzt oder dass solche Kinder die aus bildungsfernen Schichten kommen, geringere Chancen haben eine höhere Bildung zu erfahren. In der Türkei wurde darüber diskutiert, dass es starke sozioökonomische Mängel bei der staatlichen Bildung gibt. Ein weiteres Diskussionsthema war auch, dass der Unterricht mehr lehrerzentriert als schülerzentriert verläuft, so dass die Schüler viel auswendig lernen statt problemorientiert zu lernen. In meiner Arbeit werde ich versuchen einen Bildungsvergleich zwischen Deutschland und der Türkei aufzustellen. Diese Länderauswahl habe ich zunächst getroffen, da ich, als Deutsch-Türkin, gut über beide Bildungssysteme Bescheid weiß. Außerdem erschienen mir die beiden Länder im Hinblick auf die einerseits föderative Struktur Deutschlands und andererseits auf die zentralstaatliche Struktur der Türkei interessant für einen solchen Vergleich. Mit dieser Arbeit möchte ich schwerpunktmäßig die bildungspolitischen Strukturen im Elementar- und Primarbereich der beiden Länder Türkei und Deutschland darstellen, analysieren und bewerten. Der Kern dieser Arbeit möchte den Stellenwert sowie die Handhabung der Vorschulerziehung und die Gestaltung des Primarbereichs der beiden Länder genauer darstellen und vergleichen. Im Fokus dieser Arbeit sollen die Unterschiede, Gemeinsamkeiten und Problematiken der beiden Bildungssysteme dargestellt werden. Ich möchte versuchen auf folgende erk
