Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich BWL - Sonstiges, Note: 1,8, Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Veranstaltung: Strategisches Management, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll der Versuch unternommen werden, die Zusammenarbeit von Berater und Klient aus Sicht der neuen Institutionenökonomik zu untersuchen. Die Motivation zur Betrachtung des Beratungsprozesses aus einer institutionsökonomischen Sichtweise liegt in der Hoffnung begründet, ein besseres Verständnis über die Verhaltensweisen von miteinander kooperierenden Akteuren zu gewinnen. Das unterschiedliche Verhalten der Akteure im Kooperationsprozess eröffnet Chancen, verursacht aber auch Risiken. Der Grad und die Verteilung von Risiken lassen sich durch die vertragliche Ausgestaltung der Kooperation beeinflussen. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich zentral mit der Frage einer solchen vertraglichen Ausgestaltung vor dem Hintergrund spezifischer Verhaltensmuster der Akteure innerhalb des Beratungsprozesses. Um einen systematischen Zugang zu gewährleisten, wird zu Beginn der Begriff der neuen Institutionenökonomik vorgestellt. Im Anschluss daran steht in Kapitel III das Wesen der Beratung im Fokus einer Untersuchung. Hierbei wird neben der charakteristischen Beschreibung der Beratung sowie der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Nutzenbegriff ein Modell vorgestellt, anhand dessen sich sowohl Art als auch Umfang des von beiden Parteien zu leistenden Inputs ableiten lassen. Um weitere Aussagen über das Kooperationsverhalten der Akteure geben zu können, wird in Kapitel IV der Beratungsprozess temporär in Phasen zerlegt um diese einzeln zu untersuchen in der Absicht, eine detailliertere Sichtweise und ein besseres Verständnis über das Verhalten der Akteure im Prozessverlauf zu gewinnen. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Schaffung eines Zugangs zum besseren Verständnis möglicher Risiken bei der Beraterauswahl sowie dem aufzeigen von Wegen, welche eine Reduzierung dieser Risiken beschreiben, um so
