Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Multimedia, Internet, neue Technologien, Note: 1,9, Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Herauszufinden gilt es, welche Motive zur Abgabe einer positiven bzw. negativen Bewertung eines Arbeitgebers durch einen ehemaligen oder aktuellen Arbeitnehmer des Unternehmens geführt haben. Die grundlegende Frage für meine Arbeit war, zu erforschen, ob Menschen nur eine Bewertung abgeben, wenn sie vom Bewertungsgegenstand hochgradig begeistert sind, oder so desolat schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben, dass sie diese eine breiten Öffentlichkeit mitteilen möchten. Des Weiteren wird behandelt, ob verschiedene Merkmale (Karrierestufe, Bildungsgrad, Alter, usw.) Einfluss auf die Art der Bewertungen haben. Dem gegenüber gestellt wird das Resultat der Bewertung, ob sie insgesamt positiv oder negativ ist. Hinzu kommt die gegebenenfalls stattfindende Nutzung weiterer Online-Bewertungsplattformen wie von Qype, Holidaycheck, Ciao, dooyoo und KennstDuEinen. Untersucht wird, in welchem Rahmen diese Angebote auf die Nutzung von Arbeitgeber-Bewertungsplattformen auswirken. Die genannten Meinungsplattformen sowie die wichtigsten Arbeitgeber-Bewertungsportale werden in dieser Arbeit vorgestellt und sollen einen Überblick über Wettbewerb der Online-Bewertung im deutschsprachigen Raum vermitteln. Abschließend wird untersucht, ob und wie stark sich Besucher einer Arbeitgeber-Bewertungsplattform von Bewertungen und Kommentaren bei der Arbeitgeberwahl beeinflussen lassen. Die sehr ausgeprägte und intensive Auseinandersetzung dieser Arbeit mit allen Arten von Online-Bewertungsportalen ist darauf zurückzuführen, dass es sich um ein sehr neues und nur selten in der Literatur behandeltes Thema handelt. Diese Arbeit hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, tiefer gehende Informationen über Anbieter und Märkte in besagten Bereichen ausführlich darzustellen.
