Kurzbeschreibung Die vorliegende Arbeit beschaftigt sich mit der Abbildung von Faser-Kunststoff-Verbunden (FKVs) innerhalb eines bestehenden Gesamtentwurfprozesses fur Verkehrsflugzeuge und nutzt die sich daraus ergebenden neuen Gestaltungsmoglichkeiten. Dazu werden gezielt deren anisotropen Eigenschaften unter Berucksichtigung statisch aeroelastischer Effekte fur die Gestaltung des Flugels unter Einsatz von aeroelastic tailoring ausgenutzt. Die Abbildung dieser Effekte in einer fruhen Phase des Flugzeugentwurfs kann dazu beitragen, zukunftige Flugzeugentwurfe wirtschaftlicher zu machen und so den Marktanforderungen entgegenzukommen. Fur die Einordnung der Arbeit wird zuerst ein Uberblick uber Programme zur Ermittlung der Strukturmassen von Flugzeugentwurfen gegeben und herausgestellt, inwieweit die vorliegende Arbeit eine Lucke im Bereich der Massenabschatzung von Strukturen aus FKVs fullt. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist damit einerseits die Massenabschatzung von FKVs und andererseits die Ruckfuhrung der Ergebnisse auf den integrierten Gesamtentwurf. Nachfolgend sind der vorliegende Gesamtentwurfsprozess und wichtige Vertreter von Gesamtentwurfsverfahren fur Flugzeuge gegenubergestellt worden, um den Detaillierungsgrad des erweiterten Prozesses herauszustellen. Die notwendigen Erweiterungen im Prozess werden unter Darstellung der verwendeten theoretischen Ansatze beschrieben und Losungen der sich ergebenden Problemstellungen werden hergeleitet. Am Beispiel eines Mittelstrecken- und eines Langstreckenflugzeuges werden die Erweiterungen auf Gesamtentwurfsebene validiert. Darauf werden ebenso an diesen Beispielflugzeugen Parameterstudien durchgefuhrt, um die neuen Fahigkeiten des Gesamtentwurfs und die Sensibilitaten von klassisch isotrop aufgebauten Flugeln und solchen aus FKVs auf Anderung der Zirkulationsverteilung aufzeigen. Sowohl fur das untersuchte Mittelstrecken- als auch Langstreckenflugzeug erweisen sich leicht dreieckige Zirkulationsverteilungen als vorteilhaft. Der CFK-Flugel zeigt dabei ein Optimum naher der elliptischen Idealverteilung und fuhrt zu generell leichteren Entwurfen. Der Einfluss der statischen Aeroelastik ist beim Mittelstreckenflugzeug gering, beim Langstreckenflugzeug nicht vernachlassigbar. Abschließend ist der Einfluss von aeroelastic tailoring bei einem vorwarts- und einem ruckwartsgepfeilten Flugel an einem Mittelstreckenflugzeug untersucht worden. Durch das aeroelastic tailoring kann generell eine leichte Strukturmassenreduktion aus der passiven Lastreduktion beobachtet werden, ohne sich drastisch negativ auf die Ruderwirksamkeit auszuwirken. Die Untersuchungen zeigen aber auch, das aeroelastic tailoring nicht allein die Schlusseltechnologie ist, um die strukturellen Gewichtsnachteile eines vorwartsgepfeilten Tragflugels, der aus aerodynamischer Sicht fur zukunftige Verkehrsflugzeuge interessant sein konnte, zu kompensieren. Description The present thesis covers the representation of fiber reinforced plastics within an existing preliminary aircraft design tool and makes use of the new degrees of freedom through this material. Therefore the anisotropic properties under consideration of static aeroelastic effects are used systematically on the wing design by implementing aeroelastic tailoring. The representation of these effects in an early stage of the aircraft design can help to make future aircraft designs more economic and by this to fulfill the market requirements. For the classification of the thesis first an overview over codes for mass estimation of aircrafts structures will be given. Further it will be highlighted, to which extent this theses fills a gap in the field of mass estimation codes for fiber reinforced plastics.
