About the Book

She needed someone to protect her. He needed millions to fulfill his vision. Both were guided by spirit to create something inspirational to better the world. But evil forces, used to using their massive wealth to get their way, are doing all they can to interfere. Based on the true life experiences of Zen, a modern mystic hired by an heiress of one of America's wealthiest families, to protect her from those who adopted her as a child. Their mission, the creation of a spiritual sanctuary in Sedona Arizona, one of America's most sacred areas. But this can only take place, if they survive the attack of her family's assassins.
About the Author: At 23, Zen challenged God to prove its existence to him. The next day a voice began to speak through him. It was a life altering event never to be forgotten. He was encouraged to release his selfish motivations in favor of service to others. This led to a most unusual alteration of the path of his life. The spiritual phenomena that followed only increased in scope as he learned of the spiritual nature inherent within all of us. At 25, he was inspired by a vision to participate in The Great Peace March for Global Nuclear Disarmament. A cross country march from Los Angeles CA. to Wash. DC. It was there that he first encountered the Rainbow Family Of Living Light. After the march he opened a Crystal shop in Sedona AZ., yet he still dreamed of founding a permanent place for the Rainbow Family. It was there that the next bizarre step was about to be taken. A frequent customer in his shop happened to be the adopted daughter of one of the wealthiest families in America. Her tales of abuse and her horrific upbringing led to his recruitment as her bodyguard, in exchange for a 50 acre parcel of land to build a spiritual center for the Rainbow Family on. The vortex region of Sedona only increased the occurrence of unusual events (including disembodied voices and lost time), as they struggled to fulfill their mission and say a step ahead of the assassins her family had sent to exterminate her and kidnap her only remaining child. Always on the go, all over the southwest and the Hawaiian Islands, "Beware Of Rich Friends" is the story of how disturbing the lives of the super rich can be. "When one has so much money that they can never spend it all, money no longer carries the thrill that it does for most of us" he was told by the heiress. "Power is what the truly rich crave. The power to influence people. To make them do things that they would never do otherwise. The power to control governments and law enforcement to carry out their hidden agenda." At this point Zen knew his life would never be the same.
