Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2005 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Wissenschaft, Theorie, Anthropologie, Note: 1,0, Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der menschliche Lernprozess ist seit jeher Gegenstand intensiver wissenschaftlicher Forschungen, zählt er doch zu den faszinierendsten und zugleich komplexesten Phänomenen überhaupt. Der Mensch ist von Geburt an lernfähig, so lernen Säuglinge beispielsweise sehr schnell, wie sie ihre Bedürfnisse mitteilen können. Das leistungsfähige Gehirn (gutes Gedächtnis, abstraktes Denken) und die natürliche Neugierde des Menschen unterstreichen diesen Umstand. Lernen geschieht nicht nur bewusst (z. B. in der Schule) sondern oftmals unbewusst (z. B. Spracherwerb von Kleinkindern). Trotzdem werden nicht alle Sinneseindrücke vom menschlichen Gehirn gespeichert - die Sinneswahrnehmungen werden selektiert und bewertet. Gerade für Lehrer stellt sich die Frage, wie ihre Schüler lernen, damit sie die Lernprozesse optimal unterstützen und begleiten können. In der pädagogischen Diskussion haben sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten drei Lerntheorien herauskristallisiert, die den menschlichen Lernprozess sehr unterschiedlich erklären: Der Behaviorismus, der in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts entstanden ist und bis heute einen großen Einfluss in der wissenschaftlichen Diskussion hat, der Kognitivismus, der aus der Kritik am Behaviorismus hervorgegangen ist und schließlich der Konstruktivismus, der in den 1990er Jahren verstärkt Eingang in die Diskussion gefunden hat. Beginnend mit einer Begriffsbestimmung von "Lernen" und "Lerntheorien" werden in einem zweiten Teil die drei Lerntheorien Behaviorismus, Kognitivismus und Konstruktivismus vorgestellt. Anschließend werden die theoretischen Ausführungen durch drei Lernprogramme ergänzt, wobei jede Lernsoftware einer bestimmten Lerntheorie zugeordnet werden kann. Abschließend sollen die Vor- und Nachteile der drei Lerntheorien und ihre konkreten Einsatzmöglichkeit
